The implementation of the tasks under Action 12.1 for the period 2018-2020 is aimed at ensuring an adequate level of employment for qualified workers. The measures dedicated to this activity are also intended to support processes in the field of management of the HRC for 2014-2020, its implementation, project selection, monitoring, reporting, evaluation, control, certification, servicing of the Monitoring Committee, working groups. The WPD has been subdivided into the Tasks listed in section C.2. 2 entities are involved in the implementation of technical assistance: Office of the Marshal of Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship – Managing Authority – IZ and Provincial Labour Office in Toruń – Intermediary Institution – IP. Each of the seven tasks was assigned to the substantive department of IZ and IP, whose employees have adequate knowledge, experience and staff capacity. Financial appropriations related to the implementation of tasks will include expenditure on behalf of persons employed in the Marshal’s Office and the Voivodeship Labour Office in Toruń in accordance with the Description of Functions and Procedures. The eligibility of expenditure and their eligibility will be based on the Guidelines on the use of ITT appropriations for the period 2014-2020 and the Guidelines on the eligibility of expenditure. The principle of sustainable development will be implemented through responsible, economical use of materials and equipment intended to carry out tasks, respecting environmental resources and work ergonomics. The planned computer equipment will be geared towards higher energy efficiency. Contracts in the task Evaluation and testing result from the provisions of the RPO Evaluation Plan for the years 2014-2020 and comply with the provisions of the Evaluation Guidelines. The tasks in 2019 and 2020 will be clarified after the provisional budget, i.e. 30 November 2018 and 2019.
