The subject of the project is the creation of a Space Technology Park, which will host 7 laboratories: 1.Laboratory of satellite electronics and systems FPGA 2.The space for clean assembly, integration and testing of satellite systems and subsystems 3.Centre for processing and interpretation of satellite data and Civil Satellite Navigation Systems 4. Laboratory of robotised systems and artificial intelligence 5.The laboratory of cryptography and counteractivity of cyber-hazards 6. Main Objective of Project Bn. The Space Technology Park is: Improving the conditions for the development of companies in the SME sector. The strategic objective of the project is to improve the conditions for innovative business activities of SMEs and the development of innovative projects. The initiative of the Space Technology Park in Zielona Góra aims to create a leading industrial and research centre for space and satellite engineering and innovative industry. The innovative potential of the Lubuskie scientific community and the economy associated with the development of high-technology industries, including space technologies, is visible. The development of smart specialisations of the region assumes the commercialisation of research and incubation of innovative companies (start-ups), which will contribute to strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs. The project leader will be: Lubuskie Voivodeship. Partners of the project will be: Zielonogórski University (hereinafter:UZ), Space Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences (hereinafter:CBK PAS) and private partner – Hertz Systems Ltd.
