The object of the proposed project is the implementation of modern IT solutions in the area of e-services addressed to residents, entrepreneurs and potential investors (acting within and outside the municipality and directly cooperating with it). It is planned to create a portal for UG Lubiszyn customers providing public information and personalised information for specific entities and citizens made available after authentication. The interested party will also be able to use dedicated electronic forms made available on the e-PUAP electronic services platform. An additional advantage will be the possibility of making electronic payments for selected claims and individual information about the need for administrative operations for selected clients. Within the framework of the project, the following will be made available: — 2 services at maturity level 4/5 (transaction/personalisation); 2 services on maturity 3 (bilateral interaction); 1 services per item. 2 (interaction); 4 USD per p.d. 1 (information). The project’s material scope will include: project documentation, adaptation of the server room (ineligible cost), purchase of necessary equipment and computer equipment, purchase and implementation of e-services, investor supervision and promotion. The software implemented will take into account the interoperability of systems and solutions and the security of ICT systems. The created service and e-services will be fully accessible to people with disabilities. WCAG guidelines in version 2.0 will be applied, which simultaneously constitute the status of international standard ISO/IEC 40500:2012 As a result of the project, access to the resources of UG will be facilitated by residents of Lubiszyn commune and economic entities operating in its territory.
