As part of the project, a Data Processing Centre for the Municipal Office and organizational units will be launched. The Centre’s operation will be based on the provision of database, application and ICT services. These services will be separated and run on separate virtual systems. The implementation of virtualisation will allow the launch of several virtual server systems for individual system services on one physical server. Separation of services will allow maximum use of server hardware through 24h operation. Mutual isolation of individual services on separate virtual operating systems will increase security and reduce failure to a minimum. Three physical servers and one disk matrix will be used for virtualisation. The Centre will launch Electronic Platforms (PE) for: e-Services, Central Data Resources, Integrated Management Support System and e-Diary.Communication between PE users and units will be secured with UTM class devices. The authorisation of users logging in on the e-PUAP2 platform will be supported by an electronic certificate issued by their own Certification Centre. Personalisation of services will make it possible to make e-Payments for due taxes, statutory receivables or for the child’s stay in kindergarten. The platform will also allow submission of applications for repairs and repairs carried out by the Housing Management Department, where the Electronic Documents Circulation System will be launched to monitor the progress of the application. For schools, the EP will be launched with an e-Dziennik, which will allow access to evaluations and bilateral parent-school communication. Another EP is the ZSWZ at municipal level, which will enable the launch of a centralised database for the needs of systems: Financial and Taxation, Personnel and Salary and Persistent Measures.
