Thermal modernisation of the public utility facility of the Education Team at 26 Mickiewicza Street in Skwierzyn.

The aim of this project is to increase the energy efficiency of the facility as well as to improve the quality of ambient air and to reduce heat losses in the facility. The implementation of the investment will improve the protection of the natural environment. It will also result in improving the living standards of the inhabitants of the area and preventing and reducing the risks posed by environmental pollution. The planned work in the building foresees: •warming of the exterior walls of the building, •warming of ventilated strophode, •hot warming, •exchange of windows with energy-efficient, •exchange of the luxpheres with energy-saving windows, •exchange of external doors with energy-saving system, •modernisation of heat source with new container and heat pump, •construction of boiler room and pipe installation in the boiler room The recipients of this project will be residents of the town of Skwierzyna and the whole municipality. The direct target group of the project will be people using the Education Team object on a daily basis. Therefore, the main recipients will be children of kindergarten, primary school and staff of the Education Team in Skwierzyn. The product of the project implemented under action 3.2. Energy efficiency will include: •Number of energy-upgraded buildings – 1 pieces; • usable surface of thermally upgraded buildings – 8820 m²; •Number of modernised heat sources – 1 pieces; •number of facilities adapted to the needs of people with disabilities -1 pcs; •number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvement for people with disabilities – 1 pieces; •additional capacity to generate energy from renewable sources – 0.015 MWt •Number of built units of heat generation from RES – 1 pcs. On the other hand, the result of the project will include: •Reducing annual primary energy consumption in the building
