The scope of the project “Energy modernisation of the Municipal Kindergarten No. 10 in Żary” refers to a deep thermomodern building of utility publ., which will be divided into 4 tasks: 1. Task No 1 – Preparatory work, defining the scope of the project and its costs, leading to the acquisition of external funds for its implementation: the development of an energy audit, b) the development of a functional-use programme, c) establishing (estimation) the value of the project, (d) developing a feasibility study. 2) Task No 2 – Documentation of design, construction and installation works: the project will be implemented in the formula of design and build and includes new activities related to deep energy modernisation of the facility: a) development of design documentation and obtaining necessary documents admin., b) insulation of outer walls, c) roof warming, d) replacement of outer carpentry. — windows, e) replacement of outer carpentry. — doors, f) modernisation of heat source (boiler), g) modernisation of central heating system, h) lighting replacement, i) installation of photovoltaic installation, j) replacement of roof covering with galvanised sheet metal treatments (ineligible expenditure), 3) Task No. 3 – Project management, through investor supervision over construction works, 4) Task No. 4 – Project promotion. The main objective of the project is to improve the efficiency of the publ. educational and educational facility. The measures taken will minimise heat loss and reduce the energy consumption necessary to achieve the desired useful effect. Environmental standards will improve and the environment of nature will be improved, and the environmental effects achieved will improve the living conditions of the local community. There will also be an increase in visual attractiveness of the building and comfortable conditions for teaching will be obtained.
