The subject of the project is a deep energy modernisation of the building of the Marshal’s Office of Lubuskie Voivodship at ul. Podgórna 7 in Zielona Góra and the District Starostwo building in Zielona Góra on ul. It’s under the top 5. The project will be implemented in the “design and build” formula. As part of the in-kind implementation of the task, the following are planned: •warming of the outer partitions of both buildings, •modernisation of the internal heating system together with modernisation of the heat source of both buildings, •installation of renewable energy sources – photovoltaic panels with rated power of 132 kWp (80 kWp in UMWL and 52 kWp in SP), • installation of heat pump type air/water building in both buildings, •implementation of energy management and monitoring system for both buildings, •modernisation of internal lighting of both buildings, •conditioning of heat pump type air/water in both buildings. The main problem is: low energy efficiency in the public buildings sector in the area of Zielona Góra City, including the lack of measures to optimise energy management in buildings: UMWL and SP in Zielona Góra. The main objective of the project is to improve energy efficiency in the public buildings sector in the area of Zielona Góra City, by optimising the energy economy in buildings: UMWL and SP in Zielona Góra. Method of implementation: partnership project: Lubuskie Province (leader) and Zielonogórski County (partner). The partners shall ensure the sustainability of the project – institutional, technical and financial of the investment during and after its implementation.
