Thermal modernisation of the village hall building in Ostrów

The subject of the project is a deep thermal modernisation of the building of a common room located in Ostrów in the commune of Sulęcin. The works planned within the project include modernisation of central heating and hot water systems, warming of non-ventilated ceilings and exterior walls, roof warming, external window replacement, entrance doors to the building and warming of the floor on the ground, as well as installation of a system that monitors the consumption of the media. The leading heat source will be the heat pump. The installation of photovoltaic panels is planned for the purpose of powering the pump with electricity. The gas boiler will be a complementary source. The aim of the project is to improve energy efficiency in the public buildings sector in the area of Sulęcin commune by optimising the energy economy in the building of the rural hall in Ostrów. The result of the implementation of this project will be a modernised facility that meets energy standards and meets the requirements of existing legal regulations, which is part of the obligations set out in the climate and energy package ratified by Poland. The expected annual reduction in the energy demand of the facility will be over 77 % as a result of this task, and the amount of energy generated from renewable sources in the energy balance of the building will be equal to 61.76 GJ/year. By improving energy conditions and achieving at least reference indicators for thermal insulation of partitions, greenhouse gas emissions will be significantly reduced (by 72.92 Mg CO2/year). The project is addressed to the local community of Ostrów. In the common room there are regular events that are important from the point of view of residents, e.g. elections, rural meetings, Sołecka Council meetings, occasional events, etc. Among the main stakeholders, residents of the municipality of Sulęcin were also identified[
