The aim of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of 3 public buildings (preschool, gymnasium and the building of the Municipal Office in Kłodawo) through their thermal modernisation, as well as reducing the consumption of electricity through the use of energy-saving lighting and photovoltaic installation in the gym. The implementation of the project will increase the efficiency of expenditure achieved by reducing the consumption of heat (605.05 GJ/year), reducing electricity consumption (36.635 MWh/year), reducing the annual primary energy consumption (2497808.55 kWh/year), and reducing environmental pollution by reducing emissions of gases and particulates into the atmosphere (a decrease in greenhouse gas emissions by 97.6 tonnes CO2/year equivalent), improving public health by improving facilities and adapting buildings to environmental requirements. The main objective of the project will be achieved through the following specific objectives: warming of external building partitions, modernisation of heating system, replacement of window and door carpentry, introduction of solutions saving electricity. The necessity of the project is due to poor thermal insulation parameters of the buildings involved. Insufficient heat insulation of these buildings results in significant heat losses. The problem resulting from this is the excessive loss of thermal energy resulting in pollution and the applicant’s considerable financial expenditure on heating. The target group of the project is all users of the buildings covered by it – both employees and clients of the Municipal Office in Kłodawo (ul. Gorzowska 39 and 40), as well as employees and pupils of the Public Preschool in Kłodawo (ul. Church 15) and the School Complex in Kłodawa (ul. School 1. Total value of the project: PLN 1 348 978,60, amount of the requested co-financing: 965 90
