The project will be implemented in Kłodawa commune, along the district road No.1409 F – on the section Kłodawa – Chwalęcice.There are currently no bicycle paths or separate cycle lanes in the project area. The technical condition of the side poses a threat to traffic participants, especially pedestrians and cyclists. The purpose of the proposed project is to create the conditions for safe and seamless use of alternative (non-emission) means of transport within the MOF GW. The objectives of the project shall be: — Construction of a bicycle path in Kłodawa commune acting as a transport corridor on the Kłodawa-Chwalęcice section. — Reduction of low emissions of pollutants from the transport sector in the municipality of Kłodawa by creating optimal conditions for the development of green transport. — Improving conditions and increasing the quality of life of residents of MOF Gorzowa Wlkp. — Increasing the competitiveness of the economy of MOF Gorzów Wlkp. and the sustainable development of the Lubuskie region. The target group of the project is the inhabitants of MOF GW. The following tasks are planned: development of project documentation, land purchase, construction work, investor supervision, project promotion. All expenditure in the project is eligible costs. The applicant shall have complete technical documentation, feasibility study, the necessary opinions and arrangements, the PGN as well as the resources and experience to carry out the project. Some of the planned works require a construction permit (the applicant has obtained the relevant permit). The scope of the project does not qualify it for an EIA obligation. The project does not affect Natura 2000 sites. Through the project, 1.641 km of transport infrastructure, adapted for use by people with disabilities, will be built. The project will increase safety on the roads by moving bicycle traffic from the district road lane. The direct result will be an annual reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 3.86 tonnes of CO2/r equivalent
