Reconstruction and extension of Voivodeship No. 134 of Ośno Lubuskie – Rzepin

The project includes the reconstruction of the road pavement DW 134 in the form of strengthening it with a package of new bituminous layers. There will also be reconstruction of the existing junctions and the existing crossroads with communal and district roads to the extent necessary for the reconstruction of the DW (only to the border of the road lane). The scope also includes the construction of a bay for weighing vehicles. The road will be rebuilt long. It’s 10,20 miles. The overarching objective of the project is to improve the region’s external and internal transport accessibility in road traffic and to improve accessibility to motorways and expressways by increasing the standard and quality of the road network of voivodships and BRDs. The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening the coherence of the Polish transport network with the transport systems of the EU countries, ensuring the cohesiveness of the country and individual regions with the European space. It is planned to achieve the new objectives: —Accessibility to major transport routes, especially to A2. —Very good state of the road, reducing excessive fuel consumption, noise and exhaust emissions and contributing to the increase of pneumonia. —A bay for weighing vehicles, which will enable tonnage control, in order to eliminate vehicles with over-normative weight from the road. —Adequate lateral and longitudinal drops of the road – increasing ap. and driving comfort and improving dehydration. —Increasing investment attractiveness and economic activation of the region. — Facilitated communication access to inw. KSSSE-subzone Rzepin and logistic district centres in Rzepin. —Increased mobility of residents. —Easy journey through the villages during the DW 134– shortening the journey time and improving the free movement participants. The project’s stakeholders will be all users of public roads in the area of support. According to SZOOP RPO – Lubuskie 2020, for Action 5.1 ‘Road transport’ the target groups are not defined as groups of persons, institutions or social groups directly benefiting from assistance.[...]
