The project includes the development of the provincial road no. 276 from km 15 + 200.00 to km 17 + 348.00 in Sycowice and aims to improve functional, functional and safety properties for all traffic participants. The overarching objective of the project is to improve external and internal transport accessibility of the region in road traffic – improving accessibility to motorways and expressways by increasing the standard and quality of the network of voivodship roads and road safety. The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening the coherence of the Polish transport network with the transport systems of the countries of the European Union, ensuring the economic and spatial cohesion of the country and individual regions with the European space. It is planned to achieve the following objectives: — facilitated accessibility to the main transport routes, especially to the A2 motorway and the S3 expressway – very good technical condition of the road, reducing excessive load and fuel consumption, excessive noise and exhaust emissions, – safe width of the road – increasing safety of traffic participants, – improvement of drainage conditions of roadways, – construction of pavements, bays and exits, – introduction of slowing islands and lighting on the access to pedestrians – improvement of pedestrians – improvement of pedestrians, – increase of the activity of residents of the city – increase of logistical mobility and lighting on access to pedestrian crossings – improvement of pedestrians and pedestrians – improvement of pedestrians and pedestrians.
