Remodeling of Voivodeship No. 138 to pc. Torzy – Sulęcin – dk. 22

The subject of the investment is the reconstruction of voivodship road No. 138 of technical class of the collective road (Z) on sections from km 0 + 306.00 to km 2 + 699.88, from km 20 + 853.06 to km 22 + 025.35, from km 25 + 178.00 to km 26+ 199.06 with a total length of 4.58 km. The planned investment is aimed at improving the technical condition of the surface and ensuring safety and comfort of vehicle traffic. The aim of the project is to improve the region’s external and internal transport accessibility in road traffic, improve access to motorways and expressways by increasing the standard and quality of the road network and road safety. The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening the coherence of the Polish transport network with the transport systems of the EU countries, ensuring the cohesiveness of the country and individual regions with the European space. It is planned to achieve the new objectives: — facilitated accessibility to the main transport routes (TEN-T networks), especially to the A2 motorway – very good technical condition of the road reducing excessive fuel consumption, noise and exhaust emissions, – regulated road width contributing to increased safety of traffic participants, – increasing safety as a result of improving the drainage of roadways (transverse fall) and removal of colliding trees, – increase of investment attractiveness and economic activation of the region, – facilitated access to communal transport areas of the region – facilitated access to the main transport routes (TEN-T networks), especially to the A2 motorway – very good technical condition of the road reducing excessive fuel consumption, noise and exhaust emissions, – regulated road width contributing to increased safety of traffic participants, – increase of safety as a result of improved drainage of roadways (transverse fall) and removal of colliding trees, – increase of investment attractiveness and economic activation of the region – facilitated access to communal areas – facilitated access to the main transport routes (TEN-T networks), especially to the A2 motorway – very good technical condition of the road reducing excessive fuel consumption, noise and exhaust emissions, – regulated road width contributing to increase safety of traffic participants, – increase of safety as a result of improved drainage of roads (transverse declines) and removal of colliding forests, – increase of investment attractiveness and economic activation of the region – facilitated access to the area of Economics of the Special Economic Zone – growth of inhabitants of the Economic Zone No. The project’s stakeholders will be all users of public roads in the area of support.
