Extension of Voivodeship No. 138 from national road No. 29 to m Debrznica

The project includes the implementation of the extension of the Voivodeship Road No. 138 and aims to increase the capacity of the road, improve traffic conditions by raising the standard of the road to class Z and increase the safety of all traffic participants. Road No. 138 will be extended over a length of 1.78 km. The overarching objective of the project is improved external and internal transport accessibility of the region in road traffic and improving accessibility to motorways and expressways by increasing the standard and quality of the network of voivodship roads and BRD. The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening the coherence of the Polish transport network with the transport systems of the EU countries, ensuring the economic and spatial cohesion of the country and individual regions with the European space. As a result of the investment, it is planned to achieve the following objectives: • facilitated accessibility to the main transport routes, especially motorway No.A2, • very good condition of tech.road, reducing excessive fuel consumption, noise and exhaust emissions, • regulated road width of 6.0 m contributing to increase safety of traffic participants, • effective dehydration of roads eliminating water stasis on roadsides and improving road safety, • good access of roads.
