The project includes the construction of a roundabout at the end of the northern bypass of Zbąszynek and the reconstruction of the Chlastaw-Zbąszyń Voivodeship Road No. 302 on the length of 0.91 km. The overarching objective of the project is to improve the region’s external and internal transport accessibility in road traffic and to improve accessibility to motorways and expressways by increasing the standard and quality of the road network of voivodships and BRDs. The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening the coherence of the Polish transport network with the transport systems of the EU countries, ensuring the economic and spatial cohesion of the country and individual regions with the European space. As a result of the construction of the roundabout and the strengthening of Voivodship 302, the following objectives are planned: • facilitated accessibility to the main transport routes, especially the A2 motorway and the S3 expressway • very good technical condition of the road, reducing excessive fuel consumption, noise and exhaust emissions, • safe connection of the northern bypass of the Zbąszynka ring road (Guest road No.1214F) with road road No.302, eliminating the danger of safety of traffic participants – roundabout crossroads – road lighting in the place of connection of the northern part of the bypass of the Zbąszynka road.
