Presupposes extant extension of the existing road no. 276 to pc. Krosno Odrz.-Radnica with the construction of rain drainage., sidewalks, bus bays., pedestrians, car parks, telecom networks. and energ. The road No. 276 will remain in length. It’s 3,30 miles. The overarching objective of the project is to improve the region’s external and internal transport accessibility in road traffic and to improve accessibility to the A2 motorway and the S3 expressway, to improve the standard and quality of the regional road network and road safety. The implementation of the project will contribute to strengthening the coherence of the Polish transp. network with the transp. systems of the EU countries, ensuring the cohesiveness of the country and individual regions with the European space. The project aims to create the basis for improving transport conditions in the Krosno region and the entire Lublin War. As a result of the expansion of Voivodship 276, the following objectives are to be achieved: • facilitated accessibility to the main transport routes, in particular motorway No A2 and the S3 expressway; •very good tech. road condition, reducing excessive fuel consumption, noise and exhaust emissions; •facilitation of movement to two main centres admin.-Gorzowa Wlkp. and Zielona Góra; • effective dehydration of roadways eliminating water congestions on the road and lifting traffic afloat; Adequate drainage of rainwater through existing culverts – improving dehydration conditions; •increasing investment attractiveness and economic activation of the region; •facilitated communication access to the zone of economic activity in Krosno. •facilitated journey through M.
