The project’s tasks include the construction of a walking-bike line along the Kłodawka River with the development of adjacent public areas, including selected urban backyard spaces in Gorzów Wlkp. The main objective of the project, in line with the objective of RPO 2020 Axis 9 under Measure 9.2, is to provide new functions: social, recreational, cultural, educational, tourist, through the creation of a multifunctional infrastructure including walking and cycling and the development of adjacent public urban spaces, contributing comprehensively to the development of the marginalised area and socio-economic recovery of the city.The project indirectly implements the economic f. as a result of the creation of a market square (expenditure of NKW.). Implementation of the project will positively reduce diagnosed problems, poverty in particular, that favourable conditions for activation and social inclusion will be created in line with the ESF interventions under Axis 6-8. The sense of community community will also increase thanks to the promotional activities organised within the project. By reducing negative crisis situations, the project will contribute to the city’s attractiveness as a result, leading to an improvement in the quality of life of residents and the sustainability of the region.
