The Lubiszyn Municipality, in the context of current changes in the education system and the obligation of the Education Act, which imposes it on the creation of seats in the following years for all 3-year-old children, does not have the appropriate infrastructure to accommodate this group in kindergarten. The facilities available to the kindergarten are not adapted for people with disabilities.The building of a kindergarten in Baczyn does not have additional facilities/spaces necessary to create a teaching room for 25 children. In addition, the facility does not have a large hall where you can organise celebrations for parents, performances for local residents and any joint events. There is also no gymnastics room, which will be used by all kindergarten groups and recreational gymnastics classes. It is also necessary to equip these rooms with modern didactic equipment, help to optimise the educational process and facilities for people with mobility, visual or auditory disabilities.Other teaching rooms need to be retrofitted with modern teaching equipment and help to optimise the learning process. The planned project will increase the number of preschool places by expanding the kindergarten building together with the implementation of the necessary elements to facilitate access to the building for disabled people.
