The main objective of the project is to improve the attractiveness of investment and economic development of the Municipality of Koluszki, through comprehensive armament of new investment areas responding to the needs of potential investors from the SME sector. The implementation of the project envisages the following tasks: 1. Preparatory work – Implementation of project documentation 2. Preparation of the investment site – includes the following construction works: — land macro-installation – Construction and reconstruction of the water supply network – Construction of sanitary sewage system – Construction of rainwater drainage – Construction and reconstruction of teletechnical networks – Construction and reconstruction of internal communication infrastructure – Construction of street lighting – Removal of collision of power lines supplying wind power plants with investment area – Reconstruction of power grids 3. Information and promotion activities aimed at investors 4. Project management and servicing The project will be armed with the following plots located in the city of Koluszki: — plot with registration number 30 (volume 2) with an area of 7,5112 ha – plot with registration number 16/6 (area 3) with an area of 6.7359 ha – plot with registration number 26/4 (area 3) with area 3.6297 ha – plot with registration number 26/7 (area 3) with area 3,4508 ha Indicators showing the achievement of the project objectives will be: — Area of prepared investment areas: 21,32 ha – Number of investments located on prepared investment areas: 5 pcs — The level of use of investment sites: 100 % – Number of jobs created by SMEs in investments in armed investment areas women/men: 35 FTE The target group of the project is economic entities from the SME sector interested in operating in investment areas in Koluszki Municipality.
