The direct objective of the project is to prepare and build a comprehensive armament of the investment area covering 5.7924 ha in the Union Municipality, through the construction of an internal access road to the investment areas and the construction of technical infrastructure for each potential investor. The indirect objective is to improve the business conditions of SMEs in the municipality of Uniejów. The project will contribute to the development of companies from the tourism and medical sectors. It will invest 5 investors who have reported interest in potential investment in the commune only in the areas covered by the project, including investments related to the medical industry. The project included 3 tasks consisting of the construction of road infrastructure (which is only part of the project), the construction of technical infrastructure and project management. The potential target group is entrepreneurs from the SME sector, interested in carrying out investments in the municipality of Uniejów only in the areas covered by this project. The project will also be open to investors from the Łódź Voivodeship, as well as Wielkopolska, Kujawsko-Pomorskie and Mazowieckie voivodships and other voivodships which are potential investors from a distance of approx. 150 km from the U.S. Term. Potential investors who plan to locate their investments in prepared areas related to treatment (including rehabilitation services for the elderly) are part of the regional specialisation defined in RSI LORIS 2030 – medicine, pharmacy, cosmetics (including medical services). The project is located in the OSI area, in the direct impact zone of the TEN-T network indicated in SRWŁ 2020. It will be implemented in areas located near the A2 motorway and the national road 72. The location of the project is also associated with the intensified and documented demand of companies looking for a location for doing business
