The main objective is to increase the economic links between SMEs from the Łódź region and foreign partners operating within the framework of regional specialisations, i.e.: medicine – health care, cosmetics, agri-food processing, construction and additionally eco-investment. Direct contacts between entrepreneurs and representatives of partner cities/regions of the Unions of Latvia, Finland, Hungary, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Ukraine during incoming missions and study visits, promotion of SMEs in Łódź during international and international trade fairs are planned. Direct objective – economic promotion of Łódź SMEs on foreign markets. The participation of Gm.Uniejów is planned in international trade fairs from the tourism industry, including spa, food, cosmetics and construction, where the potential of companies in Łódź will be promoted and the thermal spa – Therma Uniejów will be presented. Economic missions and study visits will allow for direct promotion of the economy of the Łódź region. Information and promotion campaigns will be aimed at improving the image of the Łódź Voivodeship, promotion of the “Łódzkie” brand. The objective shall be met by the key indicator of the product: Number of internationally supported information and promotion projects – 1 pcs. Indirect objective – to improve access to foreign markets by developing and implementing a functional tool supporting the internationalisation of SMEs in Łódź. It is planned to expand (in several languages) the Gm. Uniejów internet portal to promote the economic potential of the Łódź region in the use of geothermal waters in spa tourism, promotion of available investment sites, dissemination and promotion of eco-innovation.
