The scope of the project consisting of the extension of the Voivodeship Road No. 710 in the section from km 57+ 900 to km 58+ 950 together with the infrastructure includes: — demolition and construction of the roadway of the voivodeship road, – construction of pavements, – demolition and construction of the bridge over the Warta river, – construction of temporary bridge along with construction of a temporary road for the time of demolition and construction of a permanent bridge over the Warta river, – demolition of the culvert and construction of the culvert on the river R-B with the function of transition for amphibians and small animals, – construction of temporary culverts, construction of the temporary culverting The development of the provincial road will result in a decisive improvement in the safety of pedestrians and people with disabilities by separating pedestrians from motorways (walks), vertical and horizontal signs of roads, energy-intensive barriers and railings. Expenditure related to the reconstruction of the site’s armament network, which conflicts with the investment for the entire Project, is included in the cost category Reconstruction of the technical infrastructure conflicting with the investment. The aim of the project is to: improve the technical conditions, capacity and safety of road traffic (transit and local) and pedestrians, adapt the load capacity of the road to the requirements of existing legislation and improve environmental conditions. The implementation of the investment will serve residents who use it for professional or recreational purposes, as well as those coming from outside the region for tourism or business purposes. The road users are also carriers, professional drivers, entrepreneurs, tourists passing through DW 710.
