The project planned to be implemented as part of RPO WŁ 2014-2020, action IV.1, sub-measure IV.1.2 assumes the construction and commissioning of a new 2.3 MW wind power plant in Łódź Voivodeship. The investment will be realised by TADEUSZ ŁACISZ P.H.U. ŁACISZ within Dobryszyce, commune of Dobryszyce. The main objective of the planned investment is to increase the Company’s capacity to produce electricity from renewable sources, thereby improving its profitability and competitiveness and to meet the growing needs of energy consumers, including mainly in terms of certain supplies of high quality electricity. The estimated annual production volume of the designed power plant will be approx. 5000 MWh of electricity. The project is also part of a number of regional and national socio-economic objectives (reduction of the ‘greenhouse effect’, increasing the country’s energy security, increasing the income of the municipality and the national budget). The target group of the project is the society, as the production of electricity from RES is a general interest, accepted both in law, in the development strategy of Poland and in the European Union. Implementation of the planned investment project was planned for the first quarter period. 2017 – IV quarter 2018 The construction tasks of the investment are: foundation with steel-concrete tower and container switching station Sn with cable line (connection). There will also be a purchase of fixed assets, i.e. a complete wind power plant. The total cost of the project will be estimated at PLN 11 795 000.00 net. The project was developed in accordance with the concept of universal design, i.e. the preparation of the project, its implementation and the maintenance of the project (when it is sustainable and later) assume full compliance with both sustainable development policy and equal opportunities and non-discrimination policies, including accessibility for people with disabilities.
