The main objective of the project is to: Increase the production of energy from renewable sources and reduce the use of conventional energy sources in the area of Koluszki, resulting in an improvement in the environment as a result of reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. The target group of the project is private property owners and users of public buildings. The project’s material scope includes: development of technical documentation (construction project), delivery and assembly of RES installations on private real estate and municipal facilities (public use), investor supervision and project promotion, as well as project management. Material scope of construction works: construction of infrastructure from renewable sources exclusively for own use, i.e. 5 units of photovoltaic installations located on public utility facilities located in Koluszki, owned by the Municipality and on buildings belonging to private persons: photovoltaic installation 163 pcs, biomass boilers 18 pcs, set of solar collectors 23 units located in the building of Koluszki. The project has well-structured assessment indicators and will have a significant impact on the region: Products: Additional capacity to generate energy from renewable sources:0,90MW Eat. electricity generation from RES:168 pcs. Number of heat generation from RES:41 pcs. Results: Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions:638.61 tonnes of CO2/year The project is comprehensive and ready to implement. The applicant, as JST, fulfils the eligibility requirements arising from WŁ ROP for the years 2014-2020. The project is technically feasible; the technologies for the execution of works, the materials used will be generally available and known, and the technical solutions will be functionally correct and comply with applicable legal standards.
