The main objective of the project is to: increase the energy efficiency of public buildings and residential buildings in the Koluszki Commune through the thermal modernisation of 25 facilities. The target group of the project is pupils and teachers, administrative and economic employees of the institutions covered by the project, persons using residential buildings in total of about 6313 people and indirectly all residents of the commune and the Łódź Voivodeship. The project’s material scope includes: insulation of the outer walls, warming of the walls of the cellar part, stropodache, ceiling of the last floor, replacement of windows, exchange of luxpheres for windows, walling of window openings, replacement of doors, modernisation of heating system (installation of central heating in the field of improvement of insulating works, replacement of heaters, use of thermostats and submersible valves, replacement of heat sources), modernisation of internal lighting, installation of photovoltaic installations. Technical documentation and energy audits have been developed for the implementation of the project. There are no risks to the implementation of the project: the municipality has regulated property issues, has experienced staff, funds to cover its own contribution have been secured in the municipality’s budget. A contract engineer will be appointed over the robots. The project will also promote the project, as well as a supplement to the remuneration of project managers. The project has well-structured assessment indicators and will have significant long-term impacts on the region. As a result of the project, greenhouse gas emissions will fall by 2484.35 tonnes of CO2/year. The project is complex. The improvement in energy efficiency for initial standing was calculated at 77.16 % (average for all buildings). The project is ready for implementation.
