The direct objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the social assistance house in Lisowice. Task 1 – Preparatory work – The task includes the cost of preparing project documentation and preparing and updating a feasibility study and energy audit. Task 2 – Thermomodernisation and accompanying work. Thermal retrofitting is the main task of the project. Their scope is due to the energy audit carried out for the DPS building and includes: — Warming of the outer walls – Warming of the ceiling + new roof covering – Replacement of windows in the basement – Replacement of wooden floors of underground floors and installation of vents – Modernisation of the central heating system – Warming of the outer walls of the basement – Warming of the basement floor with mineral wool – Modernisation of the heating system – Associated work Task 3–Project management and its operation. The task includes the costs of investor supervision and conservation, as well as the promotion of copyright design and supervision. The measures envisaged in the project will reduce the energy demand of the building in question, which will reduce the consumption of conventional fuels and consequently reduce emissions of air pollutants. Carrying out the above thermal modernisation works resulting from the energy audit will reduce the demand for final energy for the DPS building by 62.2 %. The project will be implemented in the municipality of Koluszki. Its recipients will be pensioners and DPS employees, as well as tenants living in rented apartments, and due to the impact of the project on improving the natural environment the inhabitants of the entire voivodship will be.
