The project will be implemented in the form of a public-private partnership concluded between the Opoczno Municipality and the selected private partner (the selection procedure is currently underway). It is planned to include EU funds raised under Measure IV.2.2, which states that this will be so-called. The hybrid project. The project consists of carrying out thermal modernisation works in public buildings located in the Opoczno commune: Kindergartens No. 4, No 5, No. 6, No. 8, Local Government Schools No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, Primary School in Libiszów and in Sielc, School Complex in Ogonowice, OPS in Opoczno. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the buildings indicated. It will be achieved through the achievement of the specific objectives, i.e. an annual reduction in energy demand; optimising electricity consumption; reduction of CO2 emissions; making savings; financing the Project at least in part from the financial savings generated; no impact of the project commitments on sovereign debt and public finance sector deficits; improving the functionality and standard of use of buildings. The final customers will be direct users of modernised facilities, but also, bearing in mind the effect of the project in the form of improving air quality thanks to the reduction of pollutant emissions, all persons staying in the Opoczno commune. As part of the work, among others, it is envisaged. Improvements to: reduction of losses by penetration through building divisions; reduce losses by c.o. and c.w.u. system and exchange of luminaires with LEDs. An additional element will be the installation of energy management systems. When working on the project assumptions, the principles of universal design have been taken into account – all tasks are designed to be accessible to all stakeholders, to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialised design.
