The direct objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of public utility buildings of the commune of Uniejów through the thermal modernisation of the OSP guards in the towns of Orzeszków, Skotniki and Przedmiejska Wola. The scope of the project is to: Thermomodernisation of the public utility facility in Orzeszków – The task concerns the implementation of energy audit and thermomodernisation of the public utility building (OSP guard) located on plot no. 77 in the town of Orzeszków in the commune of Uniejów. Carrying out the above thermo-modernisation works in accordance with the energy audit will reduce the energy demand for the building by 95.58 %. The share of renewable energy sources in relation to the total energy demand of the building will increase to 60.02 %. Thermal modernisation of the public utility facility in Skotniki – The task concerns the implementation of thermomodernisation of the public utility building (OSP guard) located on plot No 177/1 in Skotniki in the commune of Uniejów. Carrying out the above thermo-modernisation works in accordance with the energy audit will reduce the energy demand for the building by 94.54 %. The share of renewable energy sources in relation to the total energy demand of the building will increase to 59.51 %.
