DEVELOPMENT OF PASSIVE AND ENERGY-EFFICIENT CONSTRUCTION – CONSTRUCTION OF BUDYNKUPRZEDSZKOLA AND A TEAM OF YOUNGER CHILDREN IN THE CHERRY MOUNTAIN

Objective: Transition to a low-carbon economy in public utility buildings in Gm.Andrespol through the construction of a passive school building in Wiśniowa Góra to improve air quality in the Łódź Voivodeship. Target: residents of Gm.Andrespol Designed in the concept of universal construction, a passive building (2 floors) equipped with separate water-channel, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Communication was provided with one stairway and an elevator. The facility will operate as part of a school and preschool team at the existing school in Wiśniowa Góra. It will improve the teaching conditions for students currently learning in the binary system. In the basement there will be dining rooms, washrooms, common room, locker room, toilet for disabled people, server room, technical rooms.Parter:2 nursery departments with a bathroom directly available from the classroom, locker room, room for teachers with kitchenette, toilet. First floor: 7 classrooms for 175 pupils, sanitary node, toilet for the disabled and teachers. Energy demand 9.1 kWh/m2xyear, CO2-15ton/year reduction. innovative air-water heat pump and photovoltaic panels. An additional energy source is intended to reduce operating costs for water heating, ventilation, air conditioning. It is designed to control the operation of ventilation and heating systems through a central automation system. The building as well as all elements of land development will be accessible to people with disabilities from the level “0” (universal concept.Project.according to the Guidelines).The environmental impact of the building has been reduced at both the construction and the exploitation stage.
