An additional energy source is intended to reduce operating costs for water heating, ventilation, air conditioning. It is designed to control the operation of ventilation and heating systems through a central automation system. The building as well as all elements of land development will be accessible to people with disabilities from the level “0” (universal concept.Project.according to the Guidelines).The environmental impact of the building has been reduced at both the construction and the exploitation stage. Location, accessibility of communication and the possibility of cycling are unmeasurable but ecological solutions. The project is demonstrative
