The subject of the project is the construction of a public utility building in passive construction technology in Wola Załężna in the Opoczno Municipality. The building will serve as a common room with rooms for the needs of the primary school. The main objective of the project is to protect the air in the municipality of Opoczno by building a common room with rooms for the needs of the Primary School in Wola Załężna, the municipality of Opoczno, which takes into account passive building standards. Specific objectives: —decreasing greenhouse gas emissions – creating a place necessary to meet the cultural needs of the local community and educational needs of children and young people in the field of primary education in Wola Załężna village, -the dissemination of applied solutions through the use of the facility as a demonstration facility. The construction of a passive building, and thus achieving the objective of the main project, i.e. air protection, will directly translate into reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Moreover, the construction of this facility will satisfy the need to create a place where the social and cultural life of the local community and the educational needs of children and young people in the field of primary education can develop. Achieving the above objectives of the project will meet the needs of stakeholders and solve their problems. The project will not only benefit the inhabitants of the municipality of Opoczno. Thanks to the demonstration function of the facility, persons and entities interested in the use of passive construction technology in practice will be able to familiarise themselves with the modern technologies used. The project uses the concept of universal design, description in SW, point. III. The project’s material scope includes: Task 1. Preparation of the WATCH PROJECTION2. Management of the Zad3 project.
