Liquidation of wild landfill on registration plot No. 474 in Załęcze Wielkie

The beneficiary of the project is the Local Government Unit – the Municipality of Pątnów. The main objective of the project is to: improve the quality of the environment and protect natural resources by eliminating wild waste dumps in Załęcze Wielkie. The project’s material scope includes: works relating to the decommissioning of wild landfill including preparatory work, earthwork and the removal and acceptance of waste. In addition, cross-financing provides for the organisation of an educational action in the field of waste management aimed at the local community. The robots will be set up for investor supervision. The project will also promote the project. The project is ready for implementation. The municipality of Pątnów has a design documentation and a specification of the essential terms of the contract for the planned works. The applicant, as a Local Government Unit, fulfils the eligibility requirements arising from WŁ ROP for the years 2014-2020 and specified in the SZOOP RPO WŁ for the years 2014-2020 (The Local Government Units are included in the catalogue of beneficiaries of individual priority axes under which investments will be implemented). The project meets the criteria and standards applicable in the country and in the European Union. The project is technically feasible; the technologies for the execution of works, the materials used will be generally available and known, and the technical solutions will be functionally correct and comply with applicable legal standards. In accordance with Article 7 of the project, mechanisms have been applied to all users in accordance with the universal design principles.
