Construction of waste water treatment plant together with sanitary sewage system in the Biała Municipality – stage I

The aim of the project is to increase the level of equipment of the White agglomeration in the collective sewage network by 24.85 %. The project provides for the connection of 655 RLM (RLM newly connected to the sewerage network, i.e. 504 persons/RLM and 151 RLM from public utility buildings) by building 7.54 km of sewage network and ensuring waste water treatment in agglomerations in accordance with Directive 91/271/EEC by building a sewage treatment plant in Biała Seconda (average capacity of 500 m³/d). The project carried out technical documentation, updating of estimates and feasibility studies, tasks to be carried out: supervising inspector, promotion. 1 jobs are expected to be created. Direct users of the project in relation to the sewage network are residents of the Biała Commune (504 people), i.e. residents of the village: White Park, White Government, White Second, White Mound. The beneficiaries will also be users of public buildings, which will be connected to the sewerage network: 417 people staying in the Primary School in Biała, 117 people in the SP ZPOZ in Biała and 126 people in the Public Kindergarten in Biała (total 151 RLM). Direct users of the project with regard to waste water treatment plants will be residents of households in the Biała Municipality, from which the waste water will be delivered to the sewage treatment plant (from a scanned agglomeration area) and households from which the waste water will be delivered to a sewage treatment plant (from an unseen agglomeration area and other municipal areas not included in the agglomeration). The project was planned according to the principle of universal design (especially the sewage treatment plant) – intuitive operation, no barriers for people with disabilities. In addition, the project improves the living conditions of residents, including people with disabilities, older people, through the elimination of burdensome cesspools, lack of need to use tanks, possible repair of waste water tanks.
