The main target group in the project will be: Residents, Entrepreneurs, City Authorities, as well as employees of the Office. The project envisages four tasks (qualified and ineligible): Preparation of the feasibility study; Supply of hardware infrastructure; Modernisation, Integration and Implementation of e-Services and Information Systems. Promotion of the Project. The aim of the project is to improve the quality and extend the scope of public services provided electronically by the City Office in Skierniewice. This objective can be achieved through tasks such as the development of IT infrastructure and the implementation of 20 e-Services at a high level of maturity. Thanks to this, the offer of the Office will be more attractive and the Residents and Entrepreneurs (A2C, A2B, A2A) will be able to handle many matters without having to leave the house. The solutions envisaged in the project are designed based on environmentally friendly technologies. The project will be implemented in accordance with the concept of universal design and, consequently, in such a way that it serves and is useful to all as much as possible. It is worth bearing in mind that all e-Services will be implemented in compliance with the interoperability principles set out in the Act dated. 4.03.2010r. on spatial information infrastructure (Journal of Laws No.76, item 489 as amended) and the Regulation of the Council of Ministers dated 12.04.2012r. on the National Interoperability Framework. To ensure the best availability of e-Services are designed using a user-oriented design method. The project will support equal opportunities for people with disabilities through electronic services. The creation of services based on WCAG2.0 is a confirmation of meeting the expectations of people with disabilities. Through the implementation of the project, e-services will be more accessible to all regardless of gender, religion, belief or ethnicity.
