The project will transform geodetic and cartographic resources from analogue to digital form, and create databases, including metadata. The implementation of tasks related to the digitisation of the resource and the creation of extensive databases will increase the scope and quality of the provision of e-services by electronic means. Thanks to this, the old office will make available to stakeholders, e.g. public administration bodies, citizens, investors, industry institutions and enterprises access to up-to-date information about objects collected in poviat public registers, including land and building registers (EGiB), a database of situational and high-level operations, as well as reports and technical descriptions as well as the construction of a data base for selected registration areas. All activities related to the implementation of the project and its durability will be carried out in accordance with universal design. This project involves: • Preparatory work, • EGiB database, • Situational and high-level operating database, • Geodetic warp database, • Delivery and implementation of e-services, • Project management and operation. The number of potential users of the spatial information system and e-services launched as part of the project is around 30 thousand people. This size consists of the number of inhabitants of the district of Opoczno, excluding people of pre-production age.
