IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES IN COMMUNES OF RAW COUNTY

The realisation of the project is dictated by the need to meet the expectations of residents of the Municipalities: Rawa Mazowiecka, Biała Rawska (city and municipality) and Sadkowice (total 25745 people) in the implementation of modern and effective methods of administration (e-mail handling, use of online resources), which for this purpose concluded a partnership agreement. The common objective of the intervention is to increase the use of public e-services provided by municipal authorities. In order to achieve this, the implementation of integrated information and communication technologies, in line with the concept of universal design, was planned in line with the chosen direction of intervention. The project covers each of the above mentioned communes: Municipal Spatial Data Platform, including software and hardware. There will be implementation of the Spatial Information System with Geoportal, which will be adapted to the organisational structure of the office and will provide e-services concerning the tasks of the municipality referred to in the INSPIRE Directive. The created system will contain spatial and descriptive data. The proposed system will be used to collect spatial data, providing optimal procedures for their systematic collection, updating, processing and sharing. E-services on level 3 and 4 will be launched. In addition, the Municipal Office in Rawa Maz. plans to rebuild the system for backup and archiving of digital data of the commune – equipment and modelling and optimisation of processes in public administration (software, equipment). All municipal systems will have the necessary elements for the provision of a virtual office where the interested party will be able to bring cases electronically via the Internet. It is also planned to convert the spatial data resource of the municipality into a digital form in accordance with the requirements of the Spatial Information Infrastructure Act. APIs (a set of methods of communication between different software components) will be created. The project will be promoted.
