The direct objective of the project is to increase the use of public e-services in the health sector, including public sector information, by patients of the Provincial Hospital in Sieradz. Implementation of the project will provide savings and administrative simplifications for the Applicant and citizens – patients (mainly the district of Sieradzka 119268 inhabitants – target group). The built system will comply with the interoperability requirements and the concept of universal design.
