The aim of the project is to increase the level of employment and entrepreneurship of people over the age of 29 who are unemployed. The project offer is addressed to the most vulnerable people on the labour market, i.e. those aged 50+, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed and low-skilled. The project will result in the creation of a minimum of 65 new companies, which will be maintained for a minimum of 12 months. Actions have been planned to eliminate barriers faced by those wishing to conduct an economic activity, i.e. a financial barrier and a knowledge barrier. A non-refundable grant of up to PLN 22700 will be granted, which will allow the start of a new company. Financial support will also be granted in the amount of PLN 1500/m paid by 12 m, which will be used to cover the running costs of doing business. The project will also include counselling and training that raises the entrepreneur’s competence and prepares to write a business plan. The support of advisors will also be available throughout the first year of running the company. 80 participants and participants will be accepted to participate in the project. The authors of min. 65 best business plans will take up economic activity. The project is addressed to people who learn or live in the Łódź Voivodeship. The implementation period is scheduled for May 2016 – December 2017.
