The aim of the project is to prepare 258 students and 236 pupils of 3 sub-secondary schools and 3 junior high schools run by the Municipality of Pątnów for employment or continuing learning through developing key competences and shaping the right attitudes necessary on the labour market and supporting individualisation of work with a pupil with special educational needs in the period 01.09.2016-31.08.2018. An important element of improving the quality of education in Pątnów will be the creation in schools of the conditions for teaching based on the experimental method and the dissemination of the use of information and communication technologies as a result of the equipment of 3 inter-school computer labs and natural science studios. The project will also provide support to 46 teachers and 3 teachers in terms of improving digital competence, competences in special pedagogy, as well as skills related to the teaching of natural subjects using an experimental method. teaching and equanimity classes in mathematics and j.ang., extracurricular activities in mathematics, nature, and English. In addition, the project will take part in ICT workshops, including programming, and in workshops developing cross-cutting competences related to teamwork, innovation and creativity. In order to optimise the effects, a large group of beneficiaries will take part in non-school activities related to the development of natural skills and communication in English. The project will also provide assistance to a large group of pupils and pupils with SPE, including pupils with disabilities, and will be equipped with the assistance needed to effectively conduct individualisation of work. Comprehensive support will contribute to a direct improvement in learning outcomes as well as to a sustainable improvement of the quality of education in the Pątnów Municipality.
