Project: Learning a better future is the answer to the problems diagnosed in Junior High School No. 3. The main aim of the project is to increase the competences of key, digital and natural subjects among pupils and increase teachers with individual learning skills, ICT in High School No. 3 in Skierniewice by: training for teachers in individualisation of teaching of pupils with specific learning difficulties and especially gifted, use during ICT classes, programming, experimental teaching, and completion of postgraduate studies in special pedagogy by the teacher; organisation for pupils: teaching and equilibrium classes, interest groups, educating skills in mathematics and foreign language, IT, programming, natural science classes; equipping physical, biological, chemical, geographical and linguistic laboratories. The project target group shall be: teachers (25K,6M), students (46K,89M) and school (1). Students supported at the end of the project: with low potential, they will master the skills from the program base at a level that allows promotion to the next grade/graduate middle school; with high potential they will get the result from the math exam min. 75 %, from natural subjects min. 70 %; with a minimum of 75 % and they will communicate fluently in this language. Teachers in the programme will conduct classes by individualising work with pupils from the SPE, using ICT tools, experimental and programming methods. The school will have: well-equipped natural laboratories, teaching aids (including ICT tools), which use n-le for experimentation.
