The aim of the project is to increase, in cooperation with employers, the quality of vocational training in ZSP No 1 in Sieradz, aimed at improving the employability of 199 school pupils (46K) and adapting education courses to the regional labour market by increasing professional competences of 2 n-li (1K), retrofitting of workshops and workshops and by organising professional internships and additional specialised activities in the field of: operation of mechatronic equipment and systems; classes in mechanics; graphics in advertising; operating systems and computer networks; THE ECDL; energy from RES; SEP allowances up to 1 KV; a computer estimate; GPS satellite measurements; ecology; the establishment of green areas, from 01.09.2016 to 31.08.2018.The project’s target group consists of:Technics operating within the framework of the High School Complex No 1 in Sieradz (ZSP 1) – an institution providing vocational training, its pupils and vocational training teachers. 199 pupils will be supported, including about 23 % of girls and 2 n-li, of which 1 students make up 100 % of the GD. It’s okay. 62 % of UP comes from rural areas. Indicators:Number of teachers who have been qualified or have acquired competence after leaving the programme: 2 (1K); number of apprentices and vocational training establishments participating in internships and apprenticeships with the employer: 199 (36 K).As part of the project, 8 tasks are planned, including specialist/practical tasks for pupils (1-6), retrofitting of the workshop (7) and raising the competence of n-li (8). The applicant shall have the social, technical and personnel potential necessary for the implementation of the project. Management staff of 4 people with experience in managing and accounting projects financed by the ESF.
