The main objective of the project is to increase employability by improving practical skills and gaining new professional competences by 65 students and 35 pupils and 6 Technical Teachers in Skierniewice in Skierniewice over a period of 24 months. The target group consists of young people I, II, III and IV of grades (16-19 years)Educating techniques in the profession: economist, hotel, nutrition and catering technician, as well as 6 teachers of economics, nutrition and hotels in ZS No. 3 in Skierniewice (total 106 people, 67 % K). Because they come from the area of Skierniewice and the surrounding communes. 61 % of women and 77 % of men come from rural areas The results of the project: 100 pupils will increase their practical skills by participating in internships with the employer, 70 students/participants will raise their competences through participation in vocational courses, 30 will increase their professional skills by participating in workshops. 50 people will increase their soft competencies by participating in educational and vocational counseling classes. 6 teachers will be trained in handling the purchased equipment, 2 teachers will take part in internships with the employer. Thanks to the support of the RPO, the school will be enriched with the equipment and teaching materials necessary for the implementation of vocational training. The project will include: internships for pupils and teachers, vocational courses: Bartender, Barista, Fiscal Cashier Service, Heading of income and expense ledgers, Management of the secretariat, Carving, Waiter culinary adviser, Dietetics, Cashier-Goldier and others. Students/students will improve my professional skills at the workshops: Vegan cuisine, Exotic supplements in traditional dishes, Dietary planning in collective nutrition, Circle regional cuisine, Zielarskie and others. Willing to participate in the program of professional parachute activation. Workshops will be organised in order to raise soft comps: Communication with the client, Autopresentation, How to successfully pass an interview?
