Under Measure XII.1 support will be aimed at ensuring adequate organizational and human resources capacity of institutions related to the implementation of ROP WŁ. The appropriate quality of human resources is of particular importance, which is why support in the WAL ROP will be aimed at maintaining and strengthening the staff of staff involved in the management and implementation of the programme, inter alia by financing their salaries and improving professional qualifications. The action will also provide technical and organisational facilities, including: suitable office and storage space and suitable equipment for workstations, including furniture, computer and multimedia equipment.
