The main objective of the project is to increase the use of information and communication technologies in public administration and to strengthen the development of public e-services in the field of education. The project involves the implementation of a central system for the one-stop operation of municipal educational units, including: launching functions supporting the management of education in the organizational and educational spheres, development of e-services, expansion of the existing financial and accounting system KSAT2000 and integrated into the Mdoc document and affairs system, connecting educational units to the urban broadband backbone network. The central module will be an internet system, which will allow a wide range of public services to be made available to the student, parent and teacher. The system will be divided into specific areas, dedicated to the relevant users, e.g. e-journal, recruitment to kindergartens and schools, professional promotion of teachers, support for applications for scholarships. Thanks to the implementation of the project, new e-services in the field of education will be introduced, electronic financial and accounting services will be harmonised and systems standardisation in the Lublin Municipality will increase, while ensuring a high level of ICT security. The target groups of the project are the residents of the city, including: internal users (administration of institutions and employees of the Lublin City Council) and external users (pupils, parents/carers, teachers). The tasks provided for in the project are: development of documentation and feasibility studies, purchase of software and hardware, system implementation, project promotion. Result indicator: number of downloads/reproductions of documents containing public sector information. Product indicators include: number of pub services with degree of maturity 3 and 4; number of systems running inst. pub.; number of A2A entities and services; number of online documents made available to the pub sector; number of persons covered by training/advice in the field of digital competence.
