The aim of the project is to develop electronic public services for patients through the implementation of an integrated IT system and e-services in SPZOZ. The subject of the project is the implementation of a modern, advanced and integrated IT system and e-services, together with ICT infrastructure, at the Hospital in order to improve the quality and availability of medical services. The project will allow running EMD within the unit, as well as providing Electronic Medical Documentation to Patients through E-Services. The project will ensure the completion of the visit of the GP and the Environmental Nurse at the patient’s home. During the visit, the doctor will be able to create EMD with full synchronisation with the Centre’s database. The implementation of the project will enable the creation of a system for the development of medical services by providing permanent access to patient information, creating applications dedicated to patients, data processing. The area of impact of the investment includes Kraśnicki County, neighbouring powiats. The population is covered by the investment of more than 100 thousand inhabitants. Therefore, the target group consists of residents of the above-mentioned districts and hospital staff. It should be emphasised that the advice/hospitalisation for 2016 was about 133 thousand. This objective of the project will be achieved through the fulfilment of the tasks: 1. (A2A)[pcs]1; Number of intraadm services provided (A2A) [pcs]2; Number of on-line public services with maturity level 3 – [pc] 10; Number of on-line public services with maturity 4-[pcs]5; storage space of the server room [TB]36. The project is compatible with Policy Paper with tool 26.
