The Applicant (Centre for Oncology of the Lublin Land, St. Jana z Dukli) is a public sector medicinal entity operating in the form of an independent public health care facility. The main objective of the project is the introduction of Electronic Medical Documentation and eHealth services by the Centre for Oncology of the Lublin Land. Jana of Dukla. The number of cases handled through the public service provided on-line will amount to 10150 pieces. The products that will be created within the project will be: Number of public services made available online with maturity 3 – bilateral interaction: 3 pcs (e-Registration and 2 pcs in e-Contractor); Number of public services made available online with a maturity of at least 4 – transaction: 7 pcs; Storage space of the server room: 81,65 TB; Number of ICT systems deployed in entities carrying out public tasks: 8 pcs The target group shall be persons using the services provided by the Applicant. The tasks to be carried out shall include: 1. Retrofitting and implementation of the medical part (including the Electronic Medical Documentation Repository; e-Registration (electronic patient service portal); e-Contractor (electronic counterparty service portal); e-Documentation; e-Ankie; e-Interview; e-Annex; Digitisation of traditional medical records; Extension of the HIS with a mobile version of the Implementation system (analysis, configuration, training) 2. Database with implementation of 3 Business Intelligence (Business Intelligence) upgrades; Calculation of the costs of treatment; Budgeting; Implementation (configuration, training) 4. Medical Equipment Service Software – the latest version 5. Software for the production of cytostatics and ordering chemotherapy regimens 6. Purchase of necessary equipment 7. It’s a promotion. Policy Paper for Health Care 2014-2020 – The project is a major implementation of Tools 26 – the project will enable the dissemination of medical documentation (visiting and exchanging information and data).
