The project “Strengthening the degree of digitisation of offices and the implementation of public e-services for residents of the City of Świdnik (the Municipality of Świdnik), the Municipality of Konstantynów and the Skierbieszów commune” is a joint undertaking of local government administration of the City of Świdnik, the municipality of Constantynów and the Skierbieszów commune. The subject of the project is the launch of electronic public services in the local administration of the City of Świdnik, the Municipality of Konstantynów and the Municipality of Skierbieszów, which will enable citizens and entrepreneurs to deal with matters in electronic form. The scope of the project includes the purchase of backoffice IT systems and front office for the City of Świdnik, the Municipal Office of Konstantynów and the Municipality of Skierbieszów, integration of systems with respect to interoperability requirements and the purchase of equipment necessary to provide electronic services and ensure ICT security. The project will use the full functionality of the national ePUAP platform. A total of 26 public e-services will be developed and implemented at least 3 level of maturity by the City of Świdnik, the Constantine Municipality and the Skierbiesz Municipality. The launch of electronic public services will be combined with the use of ICT systems in the cloud computing model (IaaS) and the purchase of the necessary hardware infrastructure to implement other systems and ensure the continuity and security of their operation: servers with software, multifunctional firewalls and computer sets. The project will ensure the interoperability of the ICT systems implemented in accordance with current legal requirements and informatise access to public information.
