The proposed project consists of: introduction of 8 e-services: e-registration and e-contrahent (see 3), e-Announcements, e-interview, e-Annex, e-consent, e-releases (all 4 item) and e-documentation (5 item)- (6 services- see min 4). E-Portal, through which e-services will be provided, will consist of remotely sharing software over the Internet and will enable interaction through the web browser interface. E-Services – will be delivered by a route that is accessible through an understandable and intuitive website interface (24/7 availability)-to achieve result indicators related to l. handle cases on line 9500/year. The introduction of e-services will be possible thanks to the implementation of EMD (creating a repository/document server). The creation of the EMD results from the need to fully adapt the unit to the legal requirements in this area and is compatible with Policy Paper- Tool 26-Use of electronic exchange doc. med. – enabling appropriate storage, sharing and presentation of the med. via electric. Within the framework of the project, a central data repository will be created, which will collect medical documentation in the form of digitally generated from all cells of the hospital’s medical activities (hospital departments, Zakłady i Pracownie, Specialist clinics, Admission Chambers, POZ, out-of-hospital care centers, Department of Blood Treatment, and a qualified centre for kidney transplantation). As part of integration with the P1 Platform, it will be possible to exchange medical records with other medicinal entities. In order to implement the project, it is necessary to purchase: Software: for the introduction of e-services, EMD Repository, digitisation of medical records; equipment: servers (465 TB), matrices and devices for digitising traditional medical records; implementation services to correlate new services with the existing HIS software of the Hospital and with Platform P1 and training (1772 people) and the launch of 4 teleinf systems – non-infrastructured nature.
