The project is an action to implement the company’s overall development strategy, adopted by Eltem Sp. z o. o., aimed at product and market development. The main objective of the project is to implement the results of self-contained research and development. The operational objectives of the project are: 1) Launch of the production of intelligent control system, which is a product innovation, 2) introduction of organisational innovation, 3) increase of the degree of internationalisation of the enterprise 4) taking up cooperation with the scientific unit We have the results of our own R & D works, which concern the innovative control system of equipment of a special vehicle. Thanks to the implementation of this solution, we will expand our range of products. The developed control system is an improvement of existing solutions, whereby the central unit responsible for the execution of the program is the decision-making system permanently connected to the installation of the vehicle. A novelty is that the output modules placed in the central unit (executive modules) are equipped with their own control algorithms and are autonomous, so that failure of one component of the system does not paralyse the entire circuit. The project assumes the introduction of a new organizational method in terms of cooperation with clients. The new solution will be the “offering” module, coupled with an integrated IT system operating in Eltem sp. z o.o. The above operational objectives will be achieved by modernising the old part of the production building and purchasing the necessary machines, equipment and equipment (including computer software). We will launch a production that will provide special vehicle manufacturers with a positive impact on the functioning of their value chain. Thanks to this, we will strengthen our competitive position on the Polish market and enter the new Serbian market for us.The project complies with the applicable law and respects all horizontal policies of the European Union.
