Implementation of innovative technology for production of polypropylene regranulate with increased strength properties IMS® (Increased Mechanical Strength)

The aim of the project is to increase the competitiveness of ACPOL ADAM by implementing the results of R & D in the form of innovative technology of production of polypropylene regranulate with increased strength properties IMS® (Increased Mechanical Strength). Production of polypropylene regranulate with increased mechanical strength will be based on innovative production technology using natural fillings in the form of magnesium silicate and cellulose wool, which will be added to polypropylene obtained from recycling in the initial phase of elasticity. Key characteristics of the product: —The hardness of the composite IMS®- 37,24MPa (current state of the art (AST) 35,4MPa) – Stress at the limit of plasticity IMS®- 22,25MPa (AST 20,6MPa) -Extension when breaking the composite IMS®- 11,2 % (AST 8.4 %) -Modulation of Younga composite IMS®-1320MPa (AST 1275MPa) Innovative technology of regranulate regranulate of IMS® will make it possible to obtain regranulate regranulate IMS®- 37,24MPa (current state of technology (AST) 35,4MPa) – Stress at the boundary of plasticity IMS®- 22,25MPa (AST 20,6MPa) -Extension when breaking the composite IMS®- 11,2 % (AST 8.4 %) -Moduł Younga composite IMS®-1320MPa (AST 1275MPa) Innovative regenerative technology will make the regranulate regranulate IMS® regrant directly on, the IMS®-37,24MPa compositional hardness (AST) 35,4MPa) -Extension at the breaking point of the composite IMS®-22,25MPa (AST 20.6MPa) -Extension when breaking the composite IMS® – 11,2 % (AST 8.4 %) -Modulation of the Younga composition of the IMS®-1320MPa composite (AST 1275MPa) will also obtain the innovative quality of regrant the regrant of the regranulate of the IMS® material, the regrantness of the required IMS®-1320MPa (AST 1275MPa) regenerative technology of the regranulation of the regranulate of the IMS®-37,24MPa composite. Attention should also be drawn to the fact that fillers used in the production process of the new regranulate are cheaper than polypropylene waste material, which will reduce the price of the product when offering a better quality. Tasks: the project’s objective will be achieved through investment in fixed assets. The task is described in point. D1 of the proposal. Target groups: the recipients of the product will be present and new customers of the Applicant both on the Polish and foreign markets. The target group consists of producers of different types of plastic products. Project indicators are listed and described in sections C.II and C.III
