The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of two buildings located in the MPK Lublin depot. MPK Lublin Sp. z o.o. and protection and improvement of the environment through a deep thermal modernisation with the use of renewable energy sources. The tasks planned in the project are: 1.Main building: — modernisation of central heating system, – replacement of built-in lighting for energy-saving, – warming of ceilings, – replacement of windows and skylights, – replacement of doors/gates, – execution of photovoltaic installation – performance of energy audit 2. Auxiliary building with workshop facilities: — modernisation of central heating installations – modernisation of central heating installations – warming of ceilings – replacement of windows and skylights – replacement of doors/gates – replacement of built-in lighting for energy efficient – insulation of external walls – production of photovoltaic installation – implementation of energy management system – performance of energy audit. The results of the project expressed by indicators are: The amount of heat savings 7210,38 GJ/year; The amount of electricity saved 85,44 MWh/year; Electricity generation from newly built/new RES installations 27,78 MWhe/year; Production of electricity from newly built installations using RES 27,78 MWhe/year; An estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions of 753.12 tonnes of CO2 equivalent/year; Reduction of final energy consumption as a result of projects 7517.97 GJ/year; Additional generation capacity from renewable sources of 0,04 MW; Additional capacity to generate electricity from renewable sources of 0.04 MWe. The target group of the project is the enterprise MPK Lublin sp. z o.o., its employees and Customers, as well as indirectly, thanks to the improvement of air quality surrounding residents.
